Reasons for creating a reservoir

However, as a result, construction was carried out in 3 years. This caused a number of flaws that seriously affected the future life of the reservoir. Secondly, enterprises did not provide for special facilities for water treatment.
In 1972, the filling of the reservoir began. It lasted 4 days, after which the complex of structures, pointed here, fully entered into work.
