Varun Bhanot, 28, invited his girlfriend Anisha Set to take a helicopter ride to celebrate his birthday. But instead, a surprise was planned for her.

Anisha, who loves everything related to science and space, got into a helicopter, waiting for a flight over the Cheshire countryside, near the British Jodrell Bank Observatory, which houses several radio telescopes.
She did not even realize that after 600 meters she would see a message addressed to her on a wheat field: "Anisha, marry me."
The thoughtful Varun spent almost three months calling the farmers to ask if they could place the circle on their fields. In the end, he found someone who was ready to do it.

Varun said: “Anisha loves space, so it was a great place to offer. It was the only farm with which we were able to agree - I think they liked our story. Apparently, due to the intense heat, many farmers wanted to harvest as early as possible. But we found people who were happy to wait until I created a crop circle. I came to this idea and wanted to implement it."
