First big love
In 1987, Yegor Letov met in Novosibirsk with singer Yanka Diaghileva. They met at an unofficial rock concert, exchanged contact details and went home. Then we met in Omsk, where Yanka arrived on an idle visit. The musicians gathered at someone in the apartment, arranged noisy gatherings. Later on a walk Diaghilev and Letov realized that they were made for each other.
The whole world of Russian punk rock followed their relationship. And in them real Mexican passions boiled. The lovers converged, then parted, loudly slamming the doors. In 1991, Yegor fell in love with Anna Volkova, who later became the administrator of his group.
