This famous lawyer was born on January 28, 1964 in the Urals in the closed town of Chelyabinsk-40, which was then renamed Chelyabinsk-65, and today it is Ozersk. On July 28, 1994, when Treschev, leaving the office, got into his car, an unknown man approached him. Without further ado, he pulled out a gun and shot the lawyer in the head. As Treschev later recalled, during the operation, the investigator, standing next to the doctors, tried to find out who and for what tried to kill him. Obviously, he was afraid that if the lawyer dies, then this crime will remain for him "hanging." And although Alexander Treschev survived, it was not possible to find out who attempted him. The doctor who did the operation for the lawyer will later say that he had one chance out of a million. It is a miracle that he stayed to live, because if the bullet deviated by only one millimeter, it would have been impossible to save him. For months Treschev was treated in Russia, and then went abroad, where he underwent several complex operations, although he could not restore his health to the end.

In the Afghanistan Disability Fund, meanwhile, the long-awaited split has occurred. As Alexander Treschev himself (a lawyer whose biography was closely connected with RFIVA) said, self-interest defeated, and the new leaders began to share power, and, of course, money. He did not stand aside: they began to pour mud on him. It was even alleged that Treschev, having seized the box office of the Fund, fled abroad. He had to prove the absurdity of the charges. The disappointment for the Fund intensified, and so the lawyer left it without much regret.

Here, after a two-month arrest, he was charged with embezzlement of two and a half million dollars from RFIVA funds.
