Not many in our time can meet truly talented young people. One of these is Mikhail Dashkiev. At thirty, he became a successful businessman. I independently created a project called “Business Youth”, which a large number of people heard about.
Biography of Mikhail Dashkiev
Mikhail was born on April 24, 1987 in the beautiful city of Cheboksary. Mikhail's family was very wealthy and decent, his mother worked as a teacher, and his father worked as an engineer, glorified in the Soviet Union. He represented the USSR at relay protection conferences.
From a very early age, the boy could be seen among the crowd of his peers, he never passed fights, constantly took part in them, was a ringleader and leader. But at the same time, Mikhail Dashkiev attended aikido training. This went on for almost eight years.
Despite his early age, he was always interested in mathematics, maybe because of this he was so good at managing to come up with his own strategies for building a business. In childhood, he could be recognized by, so to speak, a special look: an earring in his ear and long hair.
Michael constantly had before himself some goal that he wanted to achieve. Everywhere I wanted to be the first and certainly the best, but his grandfather tried to cool his ardor, motivating it by the fact that you go quieter - you will continue. But he still did not even listen to his grandfather, he said that each person has his own path, which everyone chooses for himself.
When the time came to enter a higher educational institution, Mikhail could not understand what exactly he needed, sent applications to several universities, five of which he entered. But he went to study all the same at the Higher School of Economics. He lived, like all students, in a hostel.
Start a business plan
When it came time to look for work, Mikhail Dashkiev chose the place of sales manager for cold calls with a salary of 12, 000 thousand rubles a month. And it was then that he realized that he needed to start his own business. To create his own business, Dashkiev understood that it would take a lot of manpower and resources, and also you need to think through all the details. Going to success, he tried himself in the sale of fur coats, flowers, auto parts, plumbing. All this, of course, brought him profit, but he understood that this was not what he needed.
Mikhail Dashkiev, together with Peter Osipov, decided to create their own project called “Business-Youth”. For several hours they wrote out the pros and cons. Peter wanted to start with the training, and Mikhail got the idea to write a book. The trainings were incredibly successful, they recruited large groups of people who were eager to listen and learn.
