Valor is …?
To begin, as always, follows from the very beginning, or rather, from the wording. According to the dictionary, valor is an internal quality of a person pushing him to perform noble deeds. Moreover, he is guided not by a desire to receive a reward for his affairs, but by his own code of honor.
Valor is often compared with concepts such as courage, courage, fearlessness, nobility and so on. You can meet this word both in ordinary conversation, and among the military vocabulary. There are even special orders and medals issued to fighters for their valor.
Valor in the Middle Ages
In our minds, the image of a knight is always associated with something good and beautiful. Indeed, it is not in vain that in many fairy tales the princess was saved precisely by a knight on a white horse.
