The man was not included in the famous Guinness Book of Records, as he was just below Robert Widlow, the tallest person in the history of medical research. Biography
It is not known exactly in which year John Rogan was born. Some scholars of his biography say that in mid-February 1865, others - 1868. The man lived all his short life in the state of Tennessee (USA) - was born in the small village of Hendersonville, Sumner County.
Nothing is known about his mother, they say that with his father, William Rogan, they were not officially registered. John was the fourth child of twelve in a former slave's family. Already in childhood, anomalies in the physical condition of the African American began to appear. John was the only giant in the family.
Lifestyle
