Catherine was born in the glorious city of Tula in 1978. She graduated from the school in the same city, after which she entered the Russian Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. It was here that she mastered the basics of the profession of a political scientist, which, in fact, determined her future.
Some time Catherine Shulman spent in Canada. Here she thoroughly studied the English language, as well as features of Western culture.
Her first job was the State General Policy Office in the city of Tula. Here she spent three years, from 1996 to 1999. After that, she was lucky to become an employee of the apparatus of the faction.
