The country has been leading this list for 27 years with stable performance: about a quarter of the world's billionaires. China takes the second prize, although fifteen years ago this country did not have a single billionaire. Now, on the Forbes magazine list, 122 oligarch businessmen are Chinese. The third place is occupied by the Russian Federation. In our country, 110 millionaires are officially registered. If earlier Europe occupied the second position after North America, now Asia and the Pacific have replaced it.
