Khalaji Dmitry is one of the most powerful people on the planet whose numerous records have been officially recorded more than once. Fame and national recognition came to him after participating in one of the most popular Ukrainian TV shows. Over the course of his life, Dmitry was listed in the Guinness World Records three times, and in 2004 he received the title of the most powerful person in the world.

Injured child injury

Dmitry Khaladzhi, whose biography began in the small town of Komsomolskoye, Donetsk region, was born in 1979. In the family of the future strongman there was a hereditary predisposition to the birth of heroes. He talks about the fact that his father, Vasily Vasilyevich, a Greek by nationality, worked at a construction site and for the sake of fun he could bend iron scrap around his neck. Dmitry’s maternal grandfather, Dmitry Afendikov, was also a well-known strongman. He once even spoke to Tsar Nicholas II and successfully won the fight with an adult bear.

Khalaji Dmitry was born a fairly large child, the boy did not have any health problems. When he was 4 years old, a real misfortune happened in the house. The boy knocked over a boiling kettle. A terrible burn from boiling water struck more than 35% of the skin of a young child. Nobody could even think that Dmitry would grow into the strongest man in the world in the future, since the question was whether he would survive at all.

It was during this period that Dmitry Khaladzhi, whose records will shake the whole world and will be listed in the Guinness Book of Records more than once, showed true stamina. The small child courageously underwent 7 operations and 12 blood transfusions. He recalls how strips of dead skin were removed from him with huge forceps and how he lay there for almost three years without getting up.

The struggle of doctors, the support of relatives and the desire to survive did their job, and the child got better. In 1994, he graduated from a local high school, after 4 years he entered the Industrial College. Further, he continued his studies at the Institute of Economics and Law of the city of Donetsk.

Start hard training

In school years, due to the burns suffered, Dima looked a very weak boy compared to his peers. Now it’s hard to believe, but in childhood the question arose about registering a child’s disability. It was the unwillingness to be weak that made Dmitry start independent training, which had a stunning result.

At home, he stubbornly lifted makeshift weights, wore calves on himself, tried to break chains, lift and move cars. Dmitry Khaladzhi, whose photo is presented in this article, from the age of 10 began to engage in hand-to-hand combat, sambo, judo and arm wrestling. And already at the age of 15 he became the champion of Ukraine in hand-to-hand combat.

Fame

Strongman Dmitry Khaladzhi was quite a popular person in his region, because he constantly showed new records. He also happened to perform in many circus arenas. People specifically bought tickets to see exactly the numbers with his participation. On the stage of the hero, a truck with 20 passengers moved inside, Dmitry kept mind-blowing weights, while lying on the nails. He also managed to break the legendary record of the Greek athlete Bibona, and Khalaji with his little finger was able to lift and hold a stone whose weight exceeded 150 kg.

Achievement of goals, set records and universal recognition

Khalaji Dmitry is listed in the Guinness Book as the author of more than 63 records. Three of them are international, the rest are included in the record books for Russia and Ukraine. Among his tricks are those that cannot be looked at without a sinking heart. In addition to the legendary raising of the stone with just one little finger of his hand, Dmitry Khaladzhi demonstrates throws of a barbell on his neck, lifting a person with one hand. In his repertoire, there is the Devil Forge trick, during which huge concrete slabs are broken on the body of a strongman lying on nails. He easily twists the nails, drives them into the board through a tin sheet, and does this with his bare hands.

Such talent could not remain unnoticed by foreign producers, and Dmitry received an offer to sign a contract for performances in the United States. Khalaji agreed and for 10 months traveled with his speeches to more than 40 American states, where the audience enthusiastically received him. Dmitry was offered to sign a contract for 10 years, in return he was promised US citizenship, multiple benefits and an interest-free loan for the purchase of housing.

The hero says that such an offer did not appeal to him very much, and, despite the successfully developing American career, he really missed his native home. Everything was decided by itself when he received an offer to star in the movie "Ivan Strength". Dmitry immediately decided to participate in the filming and interrupted his tour in the United States.
