A special place in their life is occupied by dances. Irish people dance everywhere. They love noisy feasts and celebrate any celebrations on a grand scale. Culinary preferences
With the kitchen, everything is very simple and without frills. You could even say that the cuisine of Ireland is the Irish themselves. Simple, unpretentious. And, of course, delicious. Particular preference is given to potatoes and meat. These are stews, kolkannon, champ, fudge, Guinness beer pie, pickled herring, tea, beer and real Irish whiskey.
You do not need to go to a restaurant to taste a good dish. Tasty feed everywhere. Even in a regular pub, you can be served freshly baked bread and black pudding. But do not think that if the dishes are simple, then they are tasteless. This is a big mistake.
