According to experts in this field, the population of China was not always so high. For example, initially the population of this country was only 60 million people, this figure remained until the 17th century. Rapid population growth was seen in the 18th century. In 1868, 300 million people were registered in China, but by 1949, these figures had almost doubled. It is important to note that the population density of China could continue to increase exponentially, but, unfortunately, every fifth child, dying and not a year old, died, and the life expectancy of the population did not exceed 35 years.

As for the sexual structure of the population, young people currently prevail in it. This tendency is associated with the relatively high social status of precisely young people, frequent childbearing and difficult conditions. At present, a special population policy is being pursued in the country. A family with one child is entitled to benefits and various social benefits. The population of China, of course, is growing every year. It is important to note that the population is distributed unevenly throughout the country. The most densely populated territories are considered to be the middle reaches of the Yangtze and Yellow River. In the western part of the country (Tibet), the density is only 2 individuals / km².

The average, according to statistical calculations, life expectancy has increased sharply compared to the 18th century and now stands at 70 years.
China is considered a multinational country, about 56 nationalities live in the territory of this state. Over 93% are Chinese.
According to researchers, by 2033 the population of China will increase according to estimates to 1.5 billion people. Favorable living conditions, lack of unemployment, high life expectancy, increased fertility - all this, like nothing else, today affects the population of each state.
