This online newspaper was established in 2001 by the International Memorial Society. In 2003, in August, its founders created an English-language website, which, according to the Law on Bloggers, was recognized as the organizer of the popularization of information and was listed in the appropriate directory under number 36-PP on July 6, 2015.
