Claudia Khabarova, whose biography will be discussed in the article, was born in Sagittarius of the Voronezh region. She dreamed of becoming an artist from school. After graduation, she came to Moscow to enter VGIK. At first glance, she struck the selection committee with its simplicity, liveliness and spontaneity.

Training weekdays

The girl was allowed to take exams despite the fact that the next round of recruiting applicants was already on. The task was to portray fellow travelers on a train with Vyacheslav Tikhonov, who was also among those entering at that moment. The girl needed to make the hero Tikhonov leave the compartment. The future actress came up with a humorous scene - she played an unlucky girl who kept dropping objects on the boy’s head, eventually falling off the top shelf herself. The commission was delighted with such inventiveness.

On the course, Klavdia Ivanovna made friends with Ekaterina Savinova, a provincial girl who played her starring role in the film "Come Tomorrow." Both came to the capital from the hinterland, agreed on characters, and because of their similar appearance it was difficult to distinguish them from each other.

Studying was easy for young Khabarova, in addition to this, the girl danced well, sang, felt the rhythm. Thanks to what she starred in her first picture - "Kuban Cossacks." The main role was played by Klara Luchko, and her friends played Khabarova and Savinova. The song "Oh, viburnum blooms" was especially remembered by the audience in their performance.

The first "bells"

At the end of the filming, Claudia Ivanovna felt pain in the joints of her arms and legs. After the examination, the doctors made a disappointing diagnosis - polyarthritis. The hospital had to spend more than one month. There were no more effective drugs at that time, they were treated in the old fashioned way - than necessary, the health of stronger drugs weakened even more - hearing was lost, an allergic reaction appeared. In addition, a heart defect was discovered.

You could forget about the acting profession, but the girl was not one of those who surrendered. In 1950, she successfully completed her studies at VGIK and began to slowly but surely move towards her goal.

Theater and movie work

The final work of Khabarova was the role in the production of Boris Bibikov "Where there were no blackouts." After this performance, Claudia Ivanovna, along with other fellow students of VGIK, was invited to the troupe of the Theater of Film Actor, where she played in the production for 7 years. In parallel with theatrical employment, the actress was involved in film works. True, the roles were given to her, as a rule, of the second plan. But her episodic appearances were remembered by the audience, thanks to amazing organicity and the ability to attract attention. The heroines of Claudia Khabarova are completely simple, distinctive women, energetic and cheerful.
