For other forms of clothing it is permissible to wear state, departmental awards, ribbons of foreign medals, badges permitted by the Order.

  2. The wearing of medals of public organizations is prohibited.

  3. The Gold Star medals of the Russian Federation and the USSR, the Hammer and Sickle, are attached to the left side of the chest 10 mm to the left of the lapel or collar so that the lower side of the medal block is at the level of the corner of these clothing elements.

  4. Orders and medals with pads are located on the left side of the chest, without this element - on the right.

  5. When attaching two or more medals, their pads are connected to a common bar. They are placed from the center of the chest to the left or right side.

  6. Medals that do not fit on one row are located in the second and subsequent rows. Their bars must go for top-level medals.

  7. The first strap should be 70 mm below the lapel, the distance between the medals is 5-10 mm, between the straps - 10 mm.
