Loginov Eugene was born in 1965. He was born in the Novosibirsk region, in the small town of Karasuk. Back in school, he dreamed of a military career.
To do this, he entered the higher military-political combined-arms school, which was based in Novosibirsk. He graduated in 1986. He became a professional military man.
In 1995, he received a diploma from a military university based at the Russian Ministry of Defense. He became the owner of the specialty of military researcher-sociologist, which he mastered at the military-humanitarian faculty.
Eugene Loginov served in the armed forces from 1986 to 1993. He rose to the rank of deputy company commander. He was responsible for the political training of personnel. Soon he became an assistant to the head of the political department for Komsomol work, and then deputy commander of the battalion.

Political career
Evgeny Loginov came into politics in 1992, when he was brought in by a new ambitious and non-standard politician for the Soviet era, Vladimir Zhirinovsky. Loginov joined the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia.
Less than a year later, he founded a regional office in his native Novosibirsk, and he himself headed it. In December 1993, he won the State Duma elections. He entered the federal parliament on regional lists. He became a member of the relevant faction, entered the defense committee, where he received the chair of deputy chairman.
In 1995, Loginov Eugene to the elections to the second convocation of the State Duma went to a single-member constituency. He became the only member of the Liberal Democratic Party, who won in this way, and did not go to parliament on party lists. And this time he entered the faction and the defense committee.
In 1995, he decided to fight for the post of governor of the Novosibirsk region. Seven candidates participated in the voting. The fight was stubborn, it was not possible to determine the winner in the first round. The member of the movement "Our Home - Russia", the current governor Ivan Indinok and the banker Vitaliy Mukha, already heading the region, went to the final confrontation. They scored 22 and 18 percent of the vote, respectively.
Loginov Evgeny Yuryevich took the fifth place, but lost not so much. About 15.5% of voters voted for him.
President elections
In the 1996 presidential election, Loginov Eugene, whose photo is in this article, was the confidant of the LDPR leader Vladimir Volfovich Zhirinovsky. He actively represented the interests of the candidate in Novosibirsk and the region. It is worth noting that in this region the support of the LDPR was serious. It is worth noting that in the same 1996, members of the LDPR party took 11 seats out of 25 in the elections to the local city council. The election campaign in the regional center was led by Loginov.
But in the presidential election, the liberal democrats could not provide decent resistance. Zhirinovsky took only fifth place, gaining less than 6% of the vote. He let forward not only the race leaders Boris Yeltsin and Gennady Zyuganov, but also General Alexander Lebed, leader of the Yabloko party Grigory Yavlinsky.
For the third term
In 1999, Eugene Loginov, whose biography was closely linked to politics, took part in the elections to the federal parliament for the third time. He was on the list of "Zhirinovsky Bloc", but lost.
In the same year, took part in another governor’s campaign. 10 candidates took part in the election race, the first round of the winner did not reveal, but Loginov did not have enough support from the voters to continue the struggle.
Having failed on the political fronts, he went to work as an assistant to the head of the LDPR faction in the State Duma Igor Lebedev.
In 2000, he made an attempt to go to the city council of deputies in a single-mandate constituency. But here he suffered a crushing defeat, taking 4th place out of 6 applicants. Obviously, from the beginning of the 90s, people forgot Loginov.
In 2001, he tried to return to the State Duma by-election in one of the single-mandate constituencies, but again lost.
In 2002, he still returned to the federal parliament. He received the deputy’s mandate from the list of “Zhirinovsky Bloc” instead of Vladimir Semenkov, who died in a car accident.
Return to the army
Loginov made the decision to return to service in the army in 2003. He could not be re-elected to the next convocation of the State Duma, suffered another debacle in the election of governor.
This time, six candidates fought for the right to govern the region. Loginov, having received a little more than 5% of the vote, took fourth place. After that, he decided to return to military service. To do this, he had to suspend his membership in the Liberal Democratic Party.
After the dismissal of the rank of colonel, the hero of our article returned to political life. In 2010, he became one of the leaders of the regional branch in Novosibirsk.
In October of that year, as a self-nominated candidate, he fought for victory in the regional legislative assembly. In the final protocol took the penultimate place.
In 2013, he failed in the election of the head of the Novosibirsk region. In 2014, he became the only self-nominee in the final protocol for the election of the mayor of Novosibirsk. I could not compete with the leaders of the race. Communist Anatoly Lokot won, gaining almost 44%, the second was a member of United Russia Vladimir Znatkov with a result of 39.5%. But Loginov outperformed all other candidates and took third place with 3.3%.
