The start date for the capital works is June 14, 2017. Completion is planned for the second half of 2019. The new building will have a modernized modern look and everything necessary for a comfortable flight expectation. In exchange for the Shchelkovsky bus station on the Shchelkovo highway, the Central station was opened. Now she accepts all suburban flights. What will be the new Shchelkovsky station?
The new building of the Moscow bus station will have 11 floors, of which 5 are underground. The total area of the Moscow bus station will be about 140, 000 m 2. There will also be a cinema with a capacity of 500 people.

The building itself will be glass, undulating, with aluminum panel cladding on top. Such a station will be able to serve about 15, 000 passengers and more than 1, 600 flights daily.
