Natalya Tretyak holds an important and responsible post in the government of the Russian Federation. She is the deputy and full right-handed minister in charge of education. Like many modern statesmen, Natalya Vladimirovna started straight to the Olympus of Russian politics from St. Petersburg, where she graduated from the famous Leningrad State University.

Daughter of the city of Petra

Natalia Tretyak, whose biography will be described below, was born in Leningrad in 1972. The diligent, responsible girl was especially good at the humanities, and after graduating from school she decided to enter the legendary Leningrad State University in order to realize her dreams of a lawyer career.

Student life was fun, but difficult to feed in the difficult nineties, Natalya Tretyak worked in parallel with her studies, mastering the basics of real practice in the legal department of the city committee on education. In 1997, she received the coveted diploma and continued to work in government agencies.

The fragile, but strong girl was fond of a very extreme occupation - mountaineering, which brought her a real fighting spirit. Not wanting to be content with small peaks, Natalya Tretyak rushes up the career ladder. In 2002, she received a second higher education, graduating from the Academy of Public Administration in the direction "State and Municipal Formation".

This is equivalent to the fact that in Soviet times, unlearn in the higher party school, that is, to enter the number of party nomenclature, among which the most responsible posts were distributed. In addition, Natalya Tretyak, whose photo did not disappear from the honors board of her university, defended her thesis on “Constitutional right to education in the Russian Federation”, becoming a candidate of legal sciences.

Moving to Moscow

By 2004, a native of St. Petersburg had grown to the post of deputy chairman of the city committee on education. At this moment, fate gave her the opportunity to break out of the regional framework and prove herself at the federal level. Natalia Tretyak was invited to Moscow, where she was offered to work in the department of state policy in the field of education of the Ministry of Education. Here she worked productively for four years, having met 2008 in the rank of deputy director of the department.

In 2008, she was unexpectedly appointed to the post of first vice-rector of MISiS (Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys). Here, an energetic woman develops vigorous activity, in particular, rolling in the policy of public-private partnership in the field of education. Students of MISiS could see one of the most charming vice-rectors of the country within the walls of their institute until 2012, when she was recalled for new achievements.

Homecoming

Earlier, in 2009, Natalya Tretyak was included in the list of the personnel reserve of the president, which showed the degree of trust in a promising statesman. In 2012, she was returned to her native St. Petersburg, where she headed the education committee, in which she had once started her career.

In Moscow, the candidate of legal sciences continues his fruitful activity in the field of public education. Natalya Vladimirovna becomes the state secretary of the deputy minister of education and science in the government, later gets promoted and becomes the first deputy of the ministry.

Natalya Tretyak became one of the initiators of the new law on education, she sees her task in reforming the domestic school to the requirements of world standards, given the difficult Russian realities.

Among the main goals of the Ministry, she calls the construction of new schools, expanding access to education for people with disabilities, increasing teacher salaries, and supporting private educational initiatives.
