Gadfly is a biting insect. Many confuse him with horsefly. Friends, this is not the same thing! Horseflies are bloodsuckers, and a gadfly is an insect (you see the photo now), not sucking blood! He only bites and parasitizes on animals, and even on humans! In addition to painful biting, gadflies can lay eggs on the skin of the chosen victim - an animal or a person. The bite of the gadfly in comparison with this is “flowers” … We’ll talk about this.
After some time, larvae appear from the laid eggs. This is where the real horror begins! These creatures gnaw through small holes in the skin and penetrate into the human or animal organism, imagine! This contributes to the development of certain diseases.
Gadfly - an insect is not stupid! Of the dozens of different species of these flies, only some use man as an incubator, the rest prefer to use animals for these purposes. Why aren't these flies as stupid as they seem? Yes, because they are well aware that a person will eventually discover larvae and eradicate them from the body, which cannot be said about animals on which such "smart" types of gadflies fly!
Summer is the sea, relaxation, the beach, the sun, and also … fishing! When going on a picnic or fishing, do not forget to bring a mosquito and gadfly remedy with you. For an adult, these are gels or sprays, and for children - special children's products. Children should be given special attention: do not anoint yourself, and be sure to protect the child from evil flies! - Rinse the wound thoroughly with water to prevent infection.
- Disinfect the washed wound with hydrogen peroxide, brilliant green, iodine, alcohol or another antiseptic.
- Apply the Fukortsion ointment to the affected area.
- In the case of a child, such effective agents as Nurofen, Efferalgan and Panadol will help.
- You can use folk remedies. An unpleasant itch will remove the plantain. It is necessary to prepare gruel from its leaves and attach it to the site of the bite, fixing it with a bandage. Dandelion juice also copes with this task. You need exactly white (milky) juice. It can be obtained by cutting off the flower-bearing shoot or the dandelion leaf itself. You can use onions. soak the bite with juice, and then apply a bandage.

- Gadfly - an insect "stylish" and creative! Despite its rather gray appearance, this fly attracts very colorful and bright clothes. That is why for rest you need to select darker shades in clothes.
- These flies just love the sun! In the shade, they, fortunately, are not active at all. Therefore, know that there you can easily hide from them. And for relaxation it is advisable to choose less sunny places.
