The main symbol of Perm
Perm State Opera and Ballet Theater was founded in 1870. In 1879, thanks to donations from local residents, the first season was opened within the walls of a stone building. In February 1937, the play "Eugene Onegin" was played at the theater, which the eminent pilot Valery Chkalov came to see.
