Nikolai Rogozhkin is a famous domestic statesman and military leader. He has the rank of army general. He currently holds the post of representative of the head of state in Siberia. Represents the interests of the head of state in one of the largest federal districts.
Official and military biography
Nikolai Rogozhkin was born in a small town Michurinsk in the Tambov region. It happened in 1952. His parents were simple workers. In particular, his father worked at a locomotive repair plant in Michurinsk. He took part in the battles in the war against the Nazis.
Mom Nikolai Rogozhkina was an operator at the local main post office. The future envoy in 1969 graduated from 10 classes of a local high school.
Military education
At the same time, Nikolai Rogozhkin enlisted in the ranks of the Soviet army, graduated with honors from the capital's Suvorov Military School.

Therefore, he continued to receive military education, deciding to learn the strategies and tactics of warfare. In the service of the motherland
The first military unit in which Rogozhkin began his service was the 214th motorized rifle regiment, which was part of the Bakhmach division, based near Kiev. Over time, he rose to the rank of commander of a tank platoon. Later he began to command the company, in 1977 - the headquarters, and in 1978, finally, directly led the tank battalion.
In 1980, after studying at the Academy of the Armored Academy, Nikolai Rogozhkin was appointed to the 20th Motorized Rifle Division, which was based in Germany and was part of the group of Soviet troops. He led the headquarters of the Chertkovsky regiment. In 1984, he received command of the 40th Guards Tank Regiment.
An interesting fact: he received the high post of regiment commander in the rank of major. This was a unique case both for those times and for the present. Typically, such high posts go to senior officers. In order to neutralize this situation, Rogozhkin was soon assigned the rank of lieutenant colonel out of turn.
Since 1986, he led the 11th Guards Tank Division, which was deployed in Turkestan, specifically in the town of Kushka. In the early 90's, he led the center, which trained junior specialists for motorized rifle troops. It was located in Ashgabat.
Service in Russia
After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Rogozhkin did not change his oath, as some officers did at that time, and remained to serve in the armed forces. Moreover, he went up.
He graduated from the Higher Academy of the General Staff, began to teach military art at this educational institution.
A significant career growth in his biography was outlined in 1996, when Rogozhkin became deputy chief of the main staff of the ground forces.

Service in the Ministry of Internal Affairs
In 2000, Rogozhkin, who at that time served as lieutenant general, was transferred to the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. He led the direct combat training of internal units.
And in 2001, he became the first deputy chief of the main staff of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
As commander in chief
For 10 years, from 2004 to 2014, Rogozhkin was the commander in chief of the internal troops. In this regard, in 2007, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin awarded him the rank of army general.

Since 2009, the head of the internal troops began to combine the post of deputy minister of internal affairs of the Russian Federation. Plenipotentiary
Having left the army, Nikolai Rogozhkin did not remain idle for long. He became the Plenipotentiary, whose biography is given in this article, in May 2014. He was entrusted with the interests of the head of state in the Siberian Federal District. Thus, the Altai, Krasnoyarsk and Transbaikal Territories, the republics of Buryatia, Khakassia and Tyva, Irkutsk, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk Regions entered its zone of influence.
The administrative center of the Siberian Federal District was located in its largest city, Novosibirsk. Then Rogozhkin became the real state adviser of the first class.
I had to solve a wide range of problems to Nikolai Rogozhkin. The plenipotentiary competently directed the elimination of large-scale forest fires in Siberia that hit local forests in 2015. Then an emergency headquarters was created, which took measures to combat this natural disaster.
True, not everyone believed that the cause of these fires was nature and an accident. One of them was the envoy of the Siberian Federal District Nikolai Rogozhkin. Commenting on the critical situation in Siberia, he suggested that the fires could have arisen as a result of the actions of a sabotage group, which, according to the official, could consist of well-trained and trained opposition leaders. Their main goal was to destabilize the situation in the Siberian region.

For example, he advised fire victims to take measures on their own to eliminate the fire and clear their own areas affected by fires. There are also three apartments, one of which is in common shared ownership, four garages, a bathhouse, two parking spaces and two whole stables.
It is worth noting that all real estate owned by spouses are located in Russia.
In addition to real estate, the Rogozhkins declared movable property. Nikolai Evgenievich owns a Land Rover car and a representative of the domestic automobile industry - UAZ. There are also two trailers, a boat, a motorcycle and a Japanese Yamaha ATV.
