Like any project, the MPD (maximum permissible discharge) must necessarily contain the main components, these include the following: title page, list of all artists and annotation. In addition, the following sections must be present in it: introduction, basic information about enterprises, a description of the state of the facility, and the calculation of maximum permissible discharges itself. The project sections also include the following sections: storage, processing and use of sludge in wastewater; a proposal on how to prevent emergency discharges, monitoring compliance with the VCP.
Well, now let's talk about the sections in more detail, consider what each of itself represents:
- The first section, as in any other project, is an introduction. It should provide an accurate list of mandatory documents that served as the basis for the creation of the specified project.
- The second is all the information about this company. It includes the following data:
• the number of employees, the main type of activity, as well as the location of all industrial sites and their number;
• list of workshops, sections, divisions;
• the volume of products that are produced, as well as production indicators;
• details of documents, both land and constituent;
• the area of landscaping, development, sanitary zones and, of course, the total area;

• all basic information about tenants;
• scheme of the enterprise, as well as the boundaries of the water protection zone.

• name of the facility and its pool;
• category of use of this water body;
• its description;
• characterizes hydrological conditions by types of water bodies and their natural features.
All indicators about the state of surface water are reflected in the tables. Measurement of these occurs in the water intake or above the discharge of wastewater.
- Section No. 4 includes the following:
• balance of water consumption and water separation, which is indicated, as a rule, in the form of a table;
• analysis of the development of the enterprise in the future;
• various proposals, as well as measures that should reduce the concentration of harmful substances in wastewater.
- So, the next section is the fifth. He is responsible for calculating the MPD, which is carried out in accordance with the temporary guidelines for the project.
- In the sixth section, individual entrepreneurs, as well as legal entities, are simply required to provide in the form of tables data on the processing, storage and use of sewage sludge.
- The next, seventh section, contains all the necessary proposals for emergency situations.
- Section number eight is an analytical control scheme developed by specialists and agreed with management. This section should contain:
• list of control points;
• information on the presence of pollutants that are subject to control;
• timing, scope, frequency and methods of maintaining control.
- The last, ninth section, contains a scheme of water consumption and water disposal, the calculation of the MPD of pollutants also fits in there.
