A whole decade of the development of the Novosibirsk youth music movement is associated with the name of producer Sergei Bugaev. From 1980 to 1990, this man organized rock festivals and worked with such famous musicians as Boris Grebenshchikov and Aquarium, Armen Grigoryan and Crematorium, Mike Naumenko, Petr Mamonov and many others.
But the main creative person with whom Sergei managed to work, whom he loved, and with whom he happened to meet death, was the famous Tatyana Snezhina.
Biography of Sergei Bugaev
By coincidence of tragic circumstances, the name of this man became widely known to the public due to the unusual and bitter popularity of Tatyana Snezhina, who overtook this talented poet and singer after her death. The fact is that Bugaev and Snezhina loved each other and were going to get married. Therefore, all that little that can be learned about him is somehow connected with Tatyana.
Perhaps we can say that Snezhina, by her appearance in the biography of producer Sergei Bugaev, conditionally divided her into two halves. We will deal with each of them.
To Snezhina
The future groom Snezhina Sergey Bugaev was born in the small Siberian town of Chulym on September 12, 1959.
In 1976, he graduated from school in the village of Ordynsky, Novosibirsk Region, in which he proved to be a modest, independent and inquisitive student and conscientious Komsomol member.
Then he worked for about a year at the Horde Food Plant, working as a container repair worker at this enterprise, after which he entered the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute and the Faculty of Plant Protection.
Studied Sergei Bugaev diligently, without triples. He did not sit behind the backs of his comrades at the back desks, was an active student and took an active part in all student events and public works, and was in good standing with the teachers.
Sergei already had good organizational skills. He liked to direct the peculiar Brownian movement of fellow students into some useful framework. Therefore, in 1978 he was elected to the trade union bureau of the faculty, where he studied, where he was entrusted with leading the accounting sector.
Rock producer
In 1985, the previously reorganized Youth Initiative Fund was restored in Novosibirsk, and Sergei, who had already managed to show his ability to organize the disorder by that time, was appointed his head. From that moment, the biography of Sergei Bugaev as a producer began.
Time was inexorably approaching the 1990s, the whole country was waiting for change and striving for it. In less than a year, Bugaev turned into not only the largest but also the only figure in Novosibirsk rock, becoming in 1987 the president of the Novosibirsk rock club. After that, the Studio-8 youth art center appeared, under the banner of which all the leading groups of Siberian rock immediately passed - from Kalinov Bridge to the legendary Civil Defense, despite Yegor Letov’s texts that were more bold at that time.
Nevertheless, after some time for Sergei Bugaev, the rock movement began to quietly fade into the background, and later completely ceased to interest. Unexpectedly for his acquaintances and colleagues, Sergei got excited about the idea that is understandable for most pop music, which was gaining relevance by the mid-90s.
Around the same time, fate brought Sergei Bugaev and Tatyana Snezhina. One can not guess the reason for the changes in the musical preferences of the rocker producer.
With Snezhina
Fate ordered that since the meeting of these two young people, the biographies of Sergei Bugaev and Tatyana Snezhina merged into one. Each of them played the most important role in the life of another, dividing one tragic fate into two.
Why most often the most expensive and talented people leave us before everyone else, without waiting for a fair assessment of what they have dedicated their lives to? Why during the life of those around you are least interested in the talents of such people and in general the fact of their existence? But after them, emptiness always unexpectedly piles up …
How did Sergey catch Tatyana’s songs? After all, her sincere, but rather naive poetry was contrary to the sharp-social, rebellious texts of the rockers, which were produced by Bugaev. Or maybe she wasn’t hooked at all, and in fact it all lies in the feelings that surged over Sergei when Snezhin appeared in his life? In her eyes, smile, voice? But is something else more important for a loving heart? Who was the chosen one of Sergei Bugaev, who so abruptly changed his life?
Tanya Pechenkina
Tanya was born on May 14, 1972 in the city of Lugansk in a military family. Soon after her birth, the family moved from Ukraine to Kamchatka out of official need of her father.
There were many travels in the life of little Tanya. The fate of the father-soldier did not depend on his own desire. No sooner had the girl got used to a new place and friends, before her eyes the endless landscapes of already new roads began to stretch again. All these sensations and emotions, time after time, repeated partings formed the character of the child, teaching her sincerity and fidelity, as well as endowed with an eternal desire for human warmth.
Even then, Tanya, trying to escape from loneliness, began to trust the paper with all her emotions and secrets. There were so many impressions and emotions overwhelming the girl that her drafts and first poems literally flooded the house of the Pechenkin family.
As they grew older, eternal themes such as love, fidelity, fate began to appear in Tanya’s work, and at some point the girl began to write about death, including her own.
Gradually, a young talented poetess began to talk, cassettes with recordings of her first albums began to disperse among the audience, and in 1994 Tatyana made her debut on the stage at the Moscow Variety Theater.
Snezhina
In the same year, Tanya moved with her family to Novosibirsk. Deciding that the name of Pechenkin does not sound very harmonious with her poems, the girl took herself a surname-pseudonym - Snezhina, from the words snow and tenderness. She invented it in memory of the childhood spent in Kamchatka.
Together with a new surname, Tatiana came of growing up and inner female wisdom. She became deep, keenly worried and very vulnerable. Over time, more and more vague sadness and feelings of emotional tragedy manifested itself in her poems.
It was during this period in the life of Tatyana, now Snezhina, that Sergey appeared. A man who returned warmth to her heart, gave her his love and with whom she subsequently leaves this world …
Acquaintance
Tatyana Snezhina met her future chosen one in February 1995, when a cassette with her songs got to the successful producer Sergei Bugaev.
Inexplicably to Sergei himself, this cassette was in his car. Tatyana’s songs for some reason hooked a seasoned rocker. As circles on the water diverge from a stone thrown into it, so more and more scatter in different directions from the usual work and thoughts in Bugaev’s head. She wanted to return to Tanya’s voice again and again, listening to her simple sincere words.
A month later, Sergei suggested Snezhina to sign up at his studio M & L Art. At first, things did not go as smoothly as they could. Tatyana had her own vision of her own creativity. Sergey and his arrangers had a desire to achieve commercial prospects. As a result, Bugaev’s patience and organizational talent reached their goal, and the creative relationship improved.
Despite controversy, both sides invariably came to a common result. Often, Sergei was simply inferior to Tatyana, giving her the opportunity to make a decision herself. In turn, the girl more and more trusted Bugaev.
As Sergei himself admitted, their meeting was a mutual success, since in the person of Snezhina the studio found both the most talented author of music and lyrics, and the performer. Tatiana herself was lucky in that she finally met a man who was able to really appreciate her talent.
Bride and groom
The whole personal life of Sergei Bugaev after meeting with Snezhina lost all meaning. Not even two months have passed since they met, as Sergei confessed to Tatyana in love and in his most serious intentions. In July 1995, he officially offered her a hand and a heart. Tatyana agreed.
It was an amazingly harmonious and beautiful couple. Sergey Bugaev shone with happiness, wings seemed to grow behind him. He was full of energy and was full of creative plans related to his lover. He wanted the whole world to know about her.
Next to the happy Sergey, Tatyana quickly blossomed, like a watered flower in time. All the betrayal of relatives and friends, disappointment at work and the inability to break the wall of people's indifference, all the negativity and darkness that they experienced before meeting each other - everything was left behind. Like moths they rushed towards their happiness.
Death
Everything was ready for the wedding, which was to be held on September 13, for a long time - a wedding dress and wedding rings were bought, relatives and friends were invited. Young even managed to get engaged.
On August 19, Sergei on a minibus borrowed from friends with his friends and Tatyana went to Altai on a three-day pre-wedding trip - to admire the beauty of mountain lakes, and at the same time to collect honey and sea buckthorn oil.
Mama Tanya, watching the minibus driving away from home, was the last of those who saw them alive.
On August 21, 1995, on the way back from the trip, due to a tragic set of circumstances, the minibus in which Sergey, Tatyana and their friends were with their five-year-old son collided with a truck.
As a result of this accident, all passengers of the minibus died on the spot.
