The concept of "modern political party of Russia" at the present time has a completely different meaning for the political situation than a few years ago. It is necessary to note one more type of ideology, which does not always find its reflection in the characterization of political parties in Russia. This is liberalism, which applies, in addition to political, to philosophical and economic theory. The basis of this ideology is the provision on individual human freedom as the legal basis of the economic order in society.
