Torrey Devito is a fashion model, violinist and American actress. She starred in several popular series, for example: Drake and Josh, One Tree Hill, Medic Chicago, Pretty Little Liars and The Vampire Diaries. She also worked as a model for the Ford Models agency.

Biography

Torrey Joel Devito was born in Huntington, Long Island, NY on June 8, 1984. Grew up in Winter Park, Florida. Her father worked for a long time as a drummer with Billy Joel, and her mother was a good friend with singer Stevie Knicks. It was at a Stevie concert that Torrey's parents met. Father played drums, and mother came to support her friend. As a child, Torrey Devito traveled a lot with her parents because of their work.

On Torry's birthday, Billy Joel performed at Wembley Arena and before the start of the next song announced to the whole stadium that his drummer had a daughter. The girl was named Torrey in honor of her mother Mary's maiden name.

Torrey Devito is the second child in the family. She has three sisters: the eldest Devon and two younger ones, one of which is called Mariella, she is also an actress.

As a child, the actress studied at Youngsville Elementary School, which was located in Kings Park Central School District. At 6, Torrey began to practice violin. In grade 4, she became the fourth violin of a high school orchestra.

At age 12, Torrey Devito played solo at the wedding of model and actress Christie Brinkle and architect Peter Cook. After Devito graduated from Winter Park High School in Florida, she worked a lot as a model in Chicago and Japan.
