Valery Rashkin was born on March 14, 1955 in the small village of Zhilino, which territorially belongs to the Kaliningrad region. He is widely known for his work in the secretariat of the Moscow City Committee, is a member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of Communists of the Russian Federation, and is elected to the State Duma.
Childhood and youth

Valery Rashkin went to study at the Polytechnic Institute in Saratov and successfully graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering and Instrument Engineering. Then he was sent to work at the Korpus enterprise, where he remained to work for the whole 17 years. Valery Rashkin said that there are a lot of people with that surname in our country, even he has a friend Putin, who is not the president. However, the story was not so easily forgotten.
