Pharmacist Sharon recently retired. But old age meant for her not evenings spent in the company of neighbors or her beloved cat. All her life she dreamed of traveling around the USA, and now, on a well-deserved rest, she was finally able to do it.
Buying a trailer
Sharon decided that traveling by bus and living in hotels was not for her. The woman took the savings from her account and bought a small tourist trailer, she could tow this small model with the help of her 4-door Wrangler jeep.
She chose the @ XS trailer of 2015 because it is compact, comfortable and very obedient on the road. Since Sharon had a small and not too powerful car, and not a truck at all, ease of operation and reliability were decisive factors.

Sharon had already traveled with a trailer house. But before, she traveled around the country with the company, so the trailer was much larger. Now Sharon decided to hit the road on her own, so she chose a small model. It took the woman several weeks to get used to his size, but now she is very pleased with her choice. The trailer is large enough to move freely in it without bending, but there is nothing superfluous.

This tiny-looking room has a full kitchen. There is a compact fridge, a propane stove, cabinets and a small sink.
In addition, the next room has a good combination of bath and shower. True, some people think this looks more like a closet than a bathroom. But Sharon is quite happy with the room, and she performs all the necessary functions. Moreover, in traveling conditions, the traveler will still not have the opportunity to soak up the luxurious bath with foam bombs, which means that a spacious room is simply not needed.
In the other corner of the trailer are a comfortable soft sofa and bed. Between them there is a place to put a coffee table.
“I bring a small wooden table here to eat or work on the computer, ” Sharon said.
A heater and air conditioning are built into the walls. And when Sharon stops at the place where the antenna picks up the signal, she can even watch TV! Almost all the amenities of a normal-sized apartment are packed in a trailer, although they had to be slightly reduced.

Sharon told about life in a tiny space: “The best thing in such a small house is that it gives reason to spend as much time as possible on the street. When you travel with a small trailer, you walk a lot, enjoy nature and chat with people. It’s hard to endure a lot of time sitting in a tiny little room, it’s hard for the psyche. At some point, I understand that the walls are pressing on me, I need to go out and unwind. ”
This idea is quite interesting. Agree, these days it is so easy to "get stuck" in a house on a cozy sofa. We have the Internet, social networks, instant messengers that create the illusion of live communication, and television shows showing different parts of the world. So why leave the house? Sharon decided that such a life was not for her. She travels, stops wherever she wants, meets new people. If Sharon wants to park the trailer in the middle of the desert, next to a beautiful lake or on the edge of the forest, this is entirely possible. The only restrictions are the laws of the state in which she decided to stay.
