By dialing the wrong number, you may find yourself in an awkward position, however, a woman from Florida is ready to tell the world about her mistake, because she has a very touching story about human indifference and active empathy.
Alarm message
When Lisa Nagengast returned to her home in Florida from Nebraska, she was sure that her surviving brother, Greg Holman, was doing well. But the minute she landed at the airport, a message came from her voice mail in which he said that he had bleeding.
And since Holman, an army veteran, a disabled person living in Columbus, could not get to the hospital on his own, Lisa decided to call his social worker Pam. Apparently, out of excitement, she dialed the wrong number and instead of Pam called the Jimmy Jones cafe.
Due to the background noise at the airport, Nagengast did not understand her mistake and informed the recipient of her call that her brother needed help to get to the hospital.

“During the conversation, I realized that she did not know that she was talking to someone from Jimmy Jones, ” said Jason Voss, night shift manager, to a CNN reporter. “But it didn’t matter, I just wanted to make sure that she understood that I was going to help her.”

Since Voss could not leave the restaurant, he called Jimmy Jones delivery driver, Zach Hillmer, to ask him for help in this matter. Hilmer, an army veteran himself, happily agreed.
When Hilmer called Lisa to find out Holman's address, she was completely confused while he explained that she did not call the social worker, but at Jimmy Jones.
“Do you mean the Jimmy Jones restaurant?” She asked. Realizing her mistake, she was embarrassed and began to apologize, but Hilmer reassured her, saying that he was going to take her brother to the hospital.
