Sergey Zhigarev was born in Moscow on March 31, 1969. Their family was known to many thanks to the head of the family, Alexander Lvovich. The fact is that he was an outstanding songwriter, whose verses repeatedly became the pride of the Soviet Union. Sergey's mother, Lilia Vladimirovna, loved to sing them.
From a young age, Sergei Zhigarev proved to be a very gifted boy. Exact sciences were especially good for him. After leaving school, she worked for some time at the publishing house of the weekly newspaper Trud. At 18, he goes to serve in the army - demobilized in 1989. Upon returning home, Zhigarev Sergey Alexandrovich decides to get a higher education. To do this, he enters the Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation as a financier.

In the mid-90s, the Zhigarev family moved to live in Krasnoyarsk. The reason for this is the work of her mother: she got a prestigious position in the administration of the governor. Soon Lilia Vladimirovna finds a “warm” place for her son. In 1999, Zhigarev Sergey Aleksandrovich became the chairman of the Committee on Innovations and Investments of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Political life
Sergey Zhigarev came into politics in 2004. Then he was lucky to get a vacant seat as an adviser to the chairman of the Moscow Regional Duma. A year later, he joins Dmitry Rogozin and his Rodina party. It was a very successful and timely move, since in 2006 his organization became a unified political force called Fair Russia.
As a deputy, Sergey Alexandrovich Zhigarev took place in early 2007. It was then that he first won the elections to the Moscow Regional Duma, overtaking all his competitors in the party. It should be noted that the politician was not very fond of posing for cameras, and therefore it is rather difficult to comment on his success.

Transition to the military department

From that moment on, Zhigarev’s political career began to gradually flow into the mainstream. For the most part, it was the legal side of the defense industry of the Russian Federation. Including consideration of federal budgets aimed at strengthening the security of the state. And at the end of 2011, politics was completely included in the composition of the commission of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
