Alexander Yatsenko was born in Volgograd. Mother and father had no relation to the cinema. In the tenth grade, Alexander began to attend a circle, whose participants prepared performances. In Volgograd, the artist tried to enter the studio at the theater, but did not pass the qualifying round, after which he went to Tambov. There he became a student of the film directing department.
The event helped to move to the capital - a meeting with the graduates of the course, who recommended the young man to try their master. In Moscow, luck did not immediately smile at the actor, at first he studied as a volunteer and only at the end of the first semester was enrolled in the course. But the future artist failed to finish their studies. Four months before graduation, the student was expelled from the university.
