Biography
Nikita was born in 1990, November 14, in Moscow. As a teenager, the actor occasionally ran away from home and found himself in dangerous situations. Today, he explains this behavior by excessive severity on the part of his mother. Once Kukushkin admitted that he had never seen his father.
Secondary school, which graduated from Nikita, was with a theatrical bias. Therefore, it is not surprising that from an early age he saw himself exclusively on stage. For about two years, the young artist performed at the Children's Musical Theater, namely in the productions of "Dream of Rain" and "Mowgli". After school, Nikita Kukushkin became a student of the "Seventh Studio" Kirill Serebrennikov at the Moscow Art Theater. At the end of his studies, he was accepted into the Gogol Center team. In 2012, Nikita received an honorary diploma from the Ministry of Emergencies for participation in the aftermath of the flood in the Krasnodar Territory. Recently, the artist conducts free acting classes in Moscow schools.

Nikita Kukushkin began his film career with a minor role in the 2005 mystical series Full Moon. Then he played an applicant in the first season of the comedy "Cadetism". In 2006, the premiere of the full-length melodrama "My Alien Sister" preceded, in which Kukushkin got the role of Kolka. In the film adaptation of S. Kozlov’s novel “The Heirs”, Nikita appeared in the image of Lipenko.
In 2013, the artist played Vanya in the adventure thriller "Immersion" and Maly in the socio-sports drama "Okolofutbola". In the full-length film adaptation of the work of the same name by E. Murashova “Correction Class”, Nikita Kukushkin starred in the image of the main character - Mishka. The drama tells about the difficulties of relationships between adolescents, especially their cruelty. The work of the actor was awarded a special jury prize of the Amur Autumn festival.
In 2015, viewers saw Nikita in the psychological thriller Method (role - Fedor Yashin) and the social drama The Guard (soldier). Then he played an episodic character in the mystical melodrama Duelist. At the same time, actor Nikita Kukushkin starred in the key role of the psychological thriller “It's Not Me, ” which runs for 30 minutes.
In 2017, he played Ruslan in the science fiction film “Attraction”, Arnoldov Antoshu in the film adaptation of A. Tolstoy’s work “Walking through the agony” and nephew Sno in the drama “Harms”. Currently, Kukushkin is working on the projects "Nevod", "T-34", "Ikaria" and "Quartet".
Nikita spends a lot of time on the stage of the Gogol Center. He is involved in such frequent performances as “Fuckers”, “Metamorphoses”, “(M) student”, “Awakening of Spring”, “Brothers”, “Dead Souls” and others.
