Valery Obodzinsky in the 70s was the idol of millions, without even appearing on television. At his concerts, three-ruble tickets were bought up by farmers for 20 rubles, like hot cakes. But when his star went down, only the most devoted fans were nearby. Anna Yesenina became Obodzinsky's common-law wife at sunset, but it was she who was able to extend his creative career, giving listeners new meetings with the phenomenon of domestic pop music.

Acquaintance

It all started with a concert at which a twenty-year-old girl first saw the genius of a lyrical song. He possessed extraordinary magic, despite his discreet appearance. Together with the whole audience, she stood and greeted the artist, having decided not to miss any of his performances. It was the starry seventies, when he gave 10 concerts, gathering full halls in the Variety Theater, which was not possible for any coryphaeus of the domestic scene. And every time Anna Yesenina (photo above) brought roses, handing them to the artist.

Once she managed to get tickets only to the balcony, and she was looking for a way to deliver the bouquet before the performance. Seeing the concert director Pavel Shakhnarovich, she decided to speak with him, and he brought the girl to the dressing room to Obodzinsky. Thus began a conversation in which there was no romance. The girl was 13 years younger than her idol, born in 1942, who at that time was fascinated by her second wife - Lola Kravtsova. Anna, however, had a feeling for the sound engineer of a collective named Oleg.

Biography Pages

Little is known about Esenina’s life. Fond of nature, she entered a bohemian environment, attending parties and meetings of art fans: artists, critics, art historians. She was entering Natasha Starinsky’s salon, where quite famous personalities gathered. Serving art put above professional activity, falling out of life at the time of the arrival of his idols in the country: Lolita Torres, Boris Rubashkin, Alla Bayanova. Being a librarian by education, she was well versed in world culture: she appreciated the talent of Greta Garbo, Bette Davis, knew the entire repertoire of the Taganka Theater.

Fan environment has brought up many interesting personalities. So, Alexander Petrov had a full base for all famous artists, and the Moscow City Hall repeatedly resorted to his services in order to find those or other forgotten stars. Fans helped break through talents and solve their everyday problems. Anna Yesenina, whose biography before meeting with Obodzinsky was little covered in the press, played an important role in the fate of Alla Bayanova.

Participation in the fate of Alla Bayanova

A well-known singer of romances - a native of Moldova, whose territory in 1918 left Romania. After a period of emigration, Alla Bayanova returned to Bucharest, where she lived very poorly in a communal apartment, forced to work at a recording studio, despite her venerable age (b. 1914). Speaking at one of the concerts in Russia, shown on television, she suddenly woke up famous. She had a dream to move to a country where her work was in demand.

Yesenina Anna and her friends were looking for a way of legal immigration, deciding to marry the singer. However, the groom, who has a living space in Moscow, did not want the marriage to be only fictitious, so Alla Bayanova settled in Yesenina’s apartment, having lived with the latter for two and a half years. Anna was registered with the singer as a costume designer and did a lot to get official registration, and then her own housing in the capital. Alla Bayanova was not happy that Yesenina helped singer Boris Rubashkin during the tour, so in 1991 their collaboration ceased.

Personal life

In her youth, Yesenina was not goodbye, so the affair with the sound engineer of the Obodzinsky team was the first in her life. Soon the couple got married. Oleg suffered numerous gatherings of fans in the apartment, but he could not get used to the "tour tours" of his wife. There were no children in the marriage, but a dog named Larisa, who had to be constantly attached, required care. The husband’s parents did not agree with the daughter’s lifestyle, so after another tour Anna Yesenina returned to an empty apartment.

The marriage could still be saved, but the young woman did not take a single step towards her husband, which she later regretted. And the apartment was soon needed to live in it Alla Bayanova.

1991: a new meeting with Obodzinsky

Esenina lost contact with Obodzinsky in 1987, when he dismissed the creative team and disappeared from the scene. Having parted with Bayanova, the woman decided to find her idol. It turned out to be easy to do. One call to Shakhnarovich, and she was on the threshold of a closet in a tie factory, where Obodzinsky worked as an ordinary watchman. It was painful to see him in that position. At that time, the singer lived in a communal apartment of a devoted fan of Svetlana Silaeva, raising a minor daughter.

After parting with Lola Kravtsova, he returned to Nelli's first wife, from whom he had two daughters: Angela and Valeria. But he was dependent not only on alcohol, but also on pills. The wife did not put up with drugs, and in 1987 Obodzinsky decided to start a simple man's life in order to cope with the problem. Codeine passed away, but alcohol will accompany the artist until the last days. Anna Yesenina began to visit the artist, and once he expressed a desire to move to her. Silaeva supported the decision, because she considered Anna to be able to help the idol.

Obodzinsky's return to the stage

Life together grew into love. Obodzinsky bribed what he saw: a woman spent all his life collecting his records, records, posters, creating a unique archive of his work. She looked after him like a baby: she took care of her health, looked for her during breakdowns, indulged whims. Plump, he loved to eat, ordering his wife's favorite dishes. He retained a craving for beautiful clothes, and Anna Yesenina pampered him with new clothes. Young, bright, faithful, she helped restore relations with her former family, welcoming Valery's daughters in the house.

But, most importantly, she returned Obodzinsky to the audience. With the help of Leonid Derbenev and producer Gennady Snustikov, the singer recorded the songs of A. Vertinsky. In 1994, he first appeared before the public. The tour began, the organization of which took Esenina herself. After 8 years of nonexistence, he appeared on the TV screen in the program “Golden Hit”, again captivating the audience with an unrealistically beautiful voice.

Relations

Anna Yesenina is Obodzinsky’s wife, with whom he never registered a relationship during his lifetime. Both wanted to get married, but this was prevented by touring and religious differences. A woman belonging to the Catholic Church did not manage to solve this problem. But two years before his death, the singer left a will, which endowed Yesenin with copyrights to his creative heritage. In January 1997, the woman insisted on celebrating his 55th birthday, and in April the artist died.

The day before, he first confessed his love to the one that had been his guardian angel for six years. Yesenina, whose personal life did not work out, was happy with him, no matter what. She learned what it means to have a real man nearby, ready to take responsibility and knowing how to be grateful for the care and attention.

Death of Obodzinsky

The singer died near Easter on April 26, 1997 from a heart attack. The day before he complained of a heart, but categorically refused to go to the hospital. Death was unexpected. Anna Yesenina, the artist’s wife, in 1995 insisted on a full medical examination, which confirmed the enviable health of a person who has been drinking alcohol for a long time.

The woman did everything possible so that the funeral was held at the highest level. The requiem was held in the Central House of Arts, attended by three hundred people. Famous artists talked about their friendship with the singer. It was hard for Anna to listen to this, for she knew how he suffered from envious people and officials from art.

A photo of Obodzinsky in a glass frame fell to the floor and crashed right during enthusiastic speeches, as if wanting to stop what was happening. The singer was buried in the Kuntsevo cemetery, where flowers from his main fan in the life always lie on the grave.
