What is good? These are actions that benefit not only us, but also other people, those that we do not for the reason that we want to get some kind of benefit. Yes, good should really be done precisely from a pure heart.
Good, evil is that which, in principle, stands next to each other, but at the same time is the opposite of one another. Often in everyday life you can mix them up. The fact is that sometimes people have to do bad deeds in order to prevent more evil.
Is it possible to say that a person deprived of a livelihood commits a robbery in order to save his child from starvation? Surely each of us had to watch how wealthy people, who built their business clearly on a dishonest game, are engaged in charity work and do not spare money, giving them right and left. What is it? A manifestation of true kindness or an attempt to atone for old sins? In most cases, this is just the second.
Good is where morality is, and human souls are unspoiled. If each of us made at least one person happy in this life, then everyone in the world would be happy.
What is good and why is it so difficult to do? The main reason preventing people from doing good deeds is nothing but bad experience. Life is structured so that in response to good we almost always get evil. The thing is that a person always subconsciously wants to receive some kind of reward for the actions taken. There is no reward or it is too small - he understands that, being good, nothing can be achieved for himself. All this is a great fallacy of the majority of the laity. In fact, good always comes back, but not immediately and not at all from the people to whom you yourself made it.
Do not try to stand out from the crowd, doing good deeds, as this is a sign of terrible ignorance. The best way to do good deeds is to do them so that no one knows that you are doing them. This principle should be used by you seriously. If you can act the way you want, then the world will definitely pay you back with many good things that you previously could not even imagine.
You need to do good, and without hesitation! Make it both familiar and unfamiliar. The reward for this will be at least a smile.
