We are used to seeing our favorite actors in films where they are young and beautiful. But life is inexorable. In the fall of 2018, Valentine Gaft, suffering from Parkinson's disease, turned 83. We peer into the haggard and aged face of the People's Artist of the RSFSR, we are glad that there are close people next to him, his wife Olga Ostroumova and her children, but we ask ourselves: where is the native daughter Valentina Gaft?
Eldest daughter
Few people know that he has two of them. An actor with a non-caring character, the recognition of which did not come right away, first married Elena Izergina, one of the first models of the Soviet Union.
Their marriage lasted eight years, although Gaft did not hide the fact that he behaved quite freely. I could not come from the theater to spend the night, but instead go to the airport to meet another lover in a completely different city.
Elena was a well-educated, intelligent and economic woman and at the same time an extraordinary beauty. Seeing that nothing had changed after the birth of her daughter, she left. She was loved by Dal Orlov, a famous film expert, who replaced the girl with her father.
The daughter of Valentin Gaft, whose photo in the family circle can be seen a little higher, is already an adult. She is married to a German citizen, she is a mother herself and does not communicate with her biological father at all. The only dad for her is Dal Orlov, whom she remembers from childhood.
Olga Eliseeva
The daughter of Valentin Gaft from the second wife, the famous ballerina Inna Eliseeva, is considered to be the sole heiress of the actor. It is curious that the romance of Olga’s parents began when her mother was married to the playwright Edward Radzinsky. But the pregnancy from Gaft led Inna Eliseev to parting with her first spouse and fighting for her happiness, as she understood it.
A woman came to the theater and told the whole troupe that she was expecting a baby from Valentin Iosifovich. Everyone understood: if the actor does not marry, serious troubles await him, because Eliseeva will complain to the party committee. So, with the scandal, a new family life began for the famous actor. But she was short-lived.
Quarrels, screams, eternal discontent accompanied Gaft's life from the very beginning. The birth of a daughter could not change anything. For the sake of the baby, Inna Eliseeva quit her career, which made her character simply unbearable. The decision to leave the family was the only right one for Valentin Gaft.

Olga was born in 1973, and in the early 80's her father left the family forever. However, he maintained a relationship with his daughter, although it was rather difficult given the eccentric nature of the ex-wife.
Inna Eliseeva was brought up in a professorial family and from childhood got used to luxury, the fulfillment of any whim. She continued to live for her pleasure, while completely determining the fate of her daughter, who was given to the ballet.
After graduating from school at the Bolshoi Theater (teacher - E. Ryabinkina), the girl was taken to the troupe of the Kremlin Ballet, where Olga worked for 10 years. But this did not become her vocation. Having finished speaking, the girl became a student of GITIS to choreograph herself.
Having died at the age of 29, Olga will remain a 4th year student of the choreography department, not realizing herself in a new profession.
Life with mother
Inna Eliseeva with her daughter lived in a luxury apartment on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. Things and the car played a huge role for her, she valued them more than her child.
It is a known fact that until recently, mother and daughter slept in the same bed. In the hall there was a huge sofa on which Olga could fit nicely, but the woman forbade spoiling his upholstery.
After the death of her parents, Inna Eliseeva got another one-room apartment, but she did not want the adult daughter Valentina Gaft to live separately. Living space surrendered for $ 700 per month.
But living together also failed. Mother constantly scandalized with her own daughter, humiliated her. Perhaps she was envious of her youth, for she did not know how and did not want to grow old. In the questionnaires, she underestimated her age, did plastic surgery. After an unsuccessful operation, the woman's right eyelid was poorly covered.
In recent years, she suffered from stomach cancer, but, unfortunately, this did not make her kinder.
First suicide attempt
In the spring of 2002, a truly alarming bell rang. During the next scandal with her mother, daughter Valentina Gafta fell into hysteria. She screamed that she could no longer live like that and would throw herself out of the window. A suicide attempt is a good reason to call an ambulance. Inna Eliseeva did just that, after which the girl was sent to a psychiatric hospital.
Olga spent the whole month in Kashchenko. She was injected with psychotropic drugs that only harmed. Mother turned the girl into a formally mentally unhealthy person. Olga’s closest friend wrote later that in this case, the daughter herself took great care of her mother, who had a serious diagnosis, and tried not to upset her.
The girl’s favorite man tried to pick her up from the hospital, but the doctors convinced that it would be better. He will blame himself for his inaction until the end of his days.
Personal life
The last two years, daughter Valentina Gaft has been in love. Her chosen one was Vladimir Bogorad. Since 1983, he was the conductor of the State Concert and the Moscow Ballet on Ice. The age difference between partners was 35 years.
The director perceived the girl in love with him as an angel whom fate had sent him. But, unfortunately, his feeling was not as passionate as that of his loving girlfriend. He was not so much in love as he was not ready to deceive someone else's hope.
Olga and Vladimir Bogorad, who had an apartment in 1st Smolensky Lane, could be happy, but, unfortunately, the girl could not leave her mother. Perhaps this was the reason for the tragedy that erupted on the eve of her birthday.
Presumably on August 24, 2002, after another quarrel with her parent, daughter Valentina Gaft hanged herself.
Death
It was a deliberate step. The girl left two suicide notes, one of which was intended for Vladimir Bogorad. He went on a three-day tour and remembers that the day before Olga called from her mobile phone. But he was at a banquet and could not feel the alarming intonation of his girlfriend.
Surely the girl realized that she could not give real feelings that she expected from Bogorad. Therefore, with all the declarations of love that permeated her suicide note, the pain of loneliness penetrates in her:
Do not be sad. You will not be. You have fun.
It is impossible to read the last lines of Olga Eliseeva without tears. Over the past 6.5 years, she called her life hell and was very sorry that she had so rarely seen her father.
Mother in recent years has openly mocked her daughter, mutilating her psyche. In the diaries of Olga, you can read that she even had sex with men in her presence.
After another quarrel, when her mother left for the cottage, the girl tried to hang herself on the chandelier. But the rope broke. This did not stop the unfortunate. She tried again, but already at the cabinet door. The mother found the daughter’s body only the next day. And a few days later terrible headlines appeared in the press: "Death to the daughter of Valentin Gaft."
