Short biography of Catherine
Ekaterina was born on April 4, 1988 in the Moscow region. Since childhood, the girl dreamed of drawing. It was thanks to this desire that she became a professional artist, and later a master of fabric painting. Since 2011, Catherine has been giving master classes. For more than six years, its brand Sun Kat has existed. She began with small toys and “fragrant hearts”, and also sewed Tild decorative dolls.
Now she is engaged in painting jeans jackets, sweatshirts, T-shirts with acrylic paints, is the founder and organizer of the art project and the hand-made fair “Women's things”. Ekaterina Balashova very rarely answers questions related to the process of her work, however, at rare webinars, she gladly shares her experience and helps with advice to beginning artists and fabric artists.
