In the east of the Moscow region, on the banks of the Klyazma River, the beautiful city of Orekhovo-Zuevo is located. The city on the world map appeared at the beginning of the 20th century as a result of the merger of four small villages: Orekhovo, Zuevo, Nikolskoye and Dubrovka. The first mention of these villages dates back to the beginning of the XIII century. In these villages, already in the XVIII century, the textile industry successfully developed. At the end of the 19th century, in these picturesque places, famous manufacturers and patrons of art Morozov launched a cotton mill. Thanks to this industrial activity, various sights of Orekhovo-Zuevo appeared. In 1990, the city was added to the list of historical settlements of Russia.
