Park "Gardens of Dreams" (Abakan) appeared in the city in 2007. In spring, sakura and plum blossoms here in the Japanese Garden, in summer you can hide from the heat in the shade of juniper and enjoy the fragrance of garden roses. And in autumn, the park fascinates with the beauty of the bright yellowing leaves of various trees.

Abakan Topiary Park "Gardens of Dreams" appeared on the territory of the Preobrazhensky complex. Urban residents praised the art of landscape designers. Today it is one of the most popular holiday destinations. The total area of the wonderful park exceeds 14 hectares. Here are collected a variety of plants that take on an amazing shape thanks to the skill of specialists in curly haircuts.

This humble person knows every resident of the city. Indeed, thanks to his talent and skill, “Gardens of Dreams” (Abakan) are known far beyond the city limits. He developed a unique, according to many respected experts, technology for the manufacture of figures from plants. Vasily Adamovich received a patent for his invention.
An amazing master has no special education. He did not study the art of creating floral and floral sculptures. All the subtleties and secrets of mastery, he comprehended himself. Despite this, today he is a recognized master of the highest class who worthily represents Russia at any international competitions.
Today V.A. Antropov permanently resides in Moscow, but Abakan does not forget his dear heart. He continues to work on the landscape design of his main brainchild and regularly replenishes the park with his new works. Therefore, residents of the city believe that in the future they will once again have occasion to admire the new wonders of floristic and topiary art by a magnificent master.
The park is divided into thirteen gardens. Each of them has its own style. There is also the "Crane Lake", and the "Garden of Children's Smiles", and the "Japanese Garden". All of them are decorated with different sculptures - ancient gods and goddesses, lions, heroes of ancient Greek myths, etc.
In addition to a collection of exotic plants, the park has a small menagerie. Ducks and rabbits, turkeys and many other domestic animals live in it. They can be ironed and fed. Children take great pleasure visiting the “Gardens of Dreams” (Abakan). The cost of entrance tickets is symbolic, but we will talk about this later.
Green sculptures
Usually noble plant varieties are used to create living sculptures - boxwood, laurel, privet and other representatives of the flora with a fine shallow crown. Designers do not choose these plants by chance - it is relatively easy to work with them. Of these, world-famous masters create real masterpieces.
As you know, Abakan is located in Siberia. The vegetation and landscape here are formed in severe climatic conditions, and therefore they are quite specific. Pampered southern plants do not take root here. For this reason, creating the park “Gardens of Dreams” (Abakan), V. A. Antropov went the other way. He began to work with material very unusual for topiary art - with unpretentious local plants.
Along with floral figures, he manages to create original floristic compositions based on dry branches, herbs, twigs, etc. For example, Vasily Adamovich made the cochia plant, which is sometimes called summer cypress, known to specialists from many countries of the steppe eagle. This is a huge sculpture. The wingspan of an eagle is about ten meters.
Kitten
“Gardens of Dreams” (Abakan) is famous for its large sculptures that look very realistic. In the photo below, you can see a cute fluffy kitten. Its size is impressive - almost the size of a person. This handsome man even has a nickname - Yashka. The master made a cute animal from the stems of maned barley. This plant in Khakassia in natural conditions usually grows in wastelands and roadsides.
Panda
Experts consider this sculpture to be not only a decoration of the park, but also one of the most successful works of the famous master. Its height is 3.5 meters. It is made of rods. In 2007, the sculpture was exhibited in Moscow, where it was a huge success.
Flower dress
There is a treasured corner in the park, which is especially loved by the beautiful half of humanity. Here you can see and "try on" a luxurious floral dress. On weekends, all the newlyweds of the city come to him. So a beautiful tradition appeared in Abakan.
The Eiffel Tower
Another pride of the park is a miniature copy of the famous French tower. This wooden structure with a height of 14 meters is stylized as a flower bed.
Today, there are 15 figures from dry and lively kohii on the territory. To see the magnificent works of V. A. Antropov, it is not necessary to visit the Garden of Dreams park (Abakan), whose address is ul. Kati Perekreschenko, 11. They can be seen on the streets of Abakan. For example, in the city center, near the cafe “Gourmand”, you can admire the original compositions in the form of butterflies and hearts. They are located on the background of decorative lattices, which are twined with hops. The entrance to the Khakassia restaurant is guarded by a permanent sentry - the dog Barbos.
Of interest are also nearby, at first glance, awkward bunches of grass. If you look at them, you can see that these are funny hedgehogs or figures that resemble cars.
What else to see in the park?
The park is not limited to dry and green sculptures. Despite its not very large sizes, there is something to see here. These are beautiful well-groomed paths where cute animals, cozy arbors, well-equipped playgrounds, rock gardens, flower beds, ponds with fountains, swings peep out from under the bushes. Most shops have an original design.
In the park you can see many rare plants that are combined into landscape compositions. Magnificent sakura and Japanese plum, outlandish birch with black leaves. The grandeur of the mighty plane trees is simply breathtaking; the amazing collections of barberries and junipers pleasantly caress their eyes. It should be noted that new species of plants that can withstand the harsh climate of Khakassia are regularly planted in the park.
Gradually, the landscape park "Gardens of Dreams" turns into an arboretum. Today it has not only aesthetic, but also educational value. The park is divided into small sectors. In each of them a certain theme is creatively played out. Here you can visit the Egyptian corner, the French garden, see native Russian landscapes.
A mini copy of Peterhof is currently under construction. Many guests are attracted by the “Garden of Babies”, in the center of which is a sculptural composition - a stork with a basket. Some visitors take pictures of their little ones in a basket.
The park is open to visitors throughout the year. The working day is extended until 24.00, so even in the late evening, townspeople and city guests can stroll along the park's alleys illuminated by decorative lanterns.

Entrance to the park is paid, but the ticket price is quite affordable. For an adult, it is 50 rubles, and for a child - 30. Moreover, the time spent in the park is not limited.
