The wonderful reserve zone (Losiny Ostrov National Park) gave shelter to the Losinoostrovsky estates village, located not too far out of town - no more than ten minutes from the Moscow Ring Road. Location
"Losinoostrovsky estates" are located in the east, near the village of Suponevo - it is twelve kilometers of the Shchelkovo highway along the Moscow Ring Road or seventeen - along Yaroslavsky. Forests have been dehydrated …”, here both the flora and fauna are almost in virgin condition. And this, of course, will delight new residents who will move to the Losinoostrovsky estates. The forest here is magnificent - mixed. There are slightly more conifers than hardwood, and therefore the air is saturated with the smell of needles. In most cases, pristine cleanliness. And remember that the Russian sovereigns watched and guarded this forest, since there was no better hunting ground for them than Elk Island. Here you can find more than seven hundred plant species, ninety species of mushrooms, multi-colored lichens, more than one hundred and fifty species of algae. Many plants are listed in the Red Book. What marvelous age-old limestones, pine trees, what mighty oak forests, and spruce trees — the real taiga! Two hundred and fifty years old ship pines in the Alekseevskaya grove! Herbs are the richest, many berries - strawberries, sour, sour, blueberries, lingonberries.
Animal world
Fauna can also only be admired, it is so diverse. Numerous birds have chosen the moose island - more than one hundred and eighty species of birds live here. Yes, and a lot of mammals - about forty species. There are snakes. And food for them: reptiles are only four species, but amphibians - as many as eight. In reservoirs of at least twenty species of fish.
Moose on Elk Island, of course, is. After the war, spotted deer were also brought here. The beaver population has recovered, and wild boars have multiplied. A furry beast sometimes goes directly to people: ferrets, martens, ermines, minks, this is often observed by residents of any Losinoostrovsky village, as well as numerous summer residents. At night, sometimes the rustle of flying bats and the hoot of their fierce enemies - owls.
Famous place
In the vicinity of the Losinoostrovskaya station and further to either side, there are old-fashioned summer cottages, and a new cottage village is surrounded by them. Zagoryansky is especially famous - a village located in close proximity, which literally every Muscovite has heard about more than once. Currently, at least seven thousand people live there.
"Losinoostrovsky estates" may well rely on the already existing infrastructure of this village if they are not satisfied with the quantity or quality of their own. There are good schools, and several clinics, and pharmacies from different networks, and many shops. It was the village of Zagoryansky that celebrities preferred. Here at different times lived Yuri Nikulin, Vladislav Tretyak, Oleg Anofriev, Nikolai Ozerov and many others.
Communications and infrastructure
However, it is unlikely that even the most demanding of conveniences resident of the cottage community "Losinoostrovskie estates", who used his land, will not be satisfied with the conditions that are created for him both in terms of communications and in terms of existing infrastructure. Firstly, there is street lighting and, of course, electricity inside the village. Of course, a gas supply has been established. But the fact that water supply and sewerage are central is a huge plus.

The land is not so expensive, given the proximity to the capital and the preservation of these territories, one hundred square meters costs from 330, 000 rubles. Demand for plots is great, now there are few free ones. The numbering of each site, its area and exact location are indicated on the master plan. How to get there by car
By Shchelkovo highway you can get from Moscow by personal transport in this way: first, right along the highway to the sign for the city of Shchelkovo, immediately turn off and drive about two kilometers further, where there will be a turn to the village of Zagoryansky. Here turn left and after two kilometers left again near the sign for the villages of Suponevo, Oboldino. The cottage village "Losinoostrovsky estates" is also listed on the same sign. The path lies along the main road through the village of Suponevo, where in the center there will be a pointer to the purpose of the trip - there you need to turn off. Continue to the barrier.
Go along the Yaroslavl highway in the direction of the region before turning to Korolev, then there will be a sign - "Pionerskaya street". You need to turn there and go four kilometers straight to the intersection, then turn left (here, the Royal Passage shopping center, left on the right, will serve as a guide). After a hundred meters, turn onto Schelkovo towards the village of Zagoryansky. The main road will pass through the village of Serkovo, then you can’t skip the pointer to Oboldino and the village of Losinoostrovsky estates, turn off according to the sign, and go to Suponevo towards the final destination - the cottage village.
Public transport is also quite accessible: from the Yaroslavl station you need to take an electric train to Schelkovo, then take minibus No. 36 to Suponevo. Further on foot, especially since it is not far.
More about cottages
A project buyer can choose from a variety of options. All of them are built according to Canadian frame technology - it’s fast, the buildings are heat-consuming, economical in maintenance, durable and environmentally friendly. The lands on which the village is located are agricultural, summer cottage construction is allowed. However, if a house is built, a permanent residence permit is also possible.
