The growing megalopolis, which is Moscow, requires cardinal decisions in the field of transport logistics. For these purposes, a strategic plan for the development of the metro has been developed and is being implemented, according to which more than 155 kilometers of new tracks and 75 stations will be commissioned by 2020.

At the same time, it is planned to erect not only new stops on existing lines. Entire branches have been designed and are planned to be launched, designed to improve access to transport, especially high-speed, remote areas of the capital.

New color on the map

Of these objects, the Kozhukhovskaya metro line, the Nekrasovka station at which will be the final stop. The indicated branch on the metro map is drawn in pink. After commissioning, it will connect the residential neighborhoods in the Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan, Kosino-Ukhtomsky districts, as well as Kuzminok and Vykhino-Zhulebino together by underground transport, providing a more comfortable movement between the South-Eastern Administrative District, the Southern Administrative District and the city center, while unloading the already existing highways.

The project provides for its organic switching with the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya and Kalinin lines. After commissioning, it will be the most significant of those being built, in view of the possibility of improving transport availability for more than eight hundred thousand residents of Moscow and the region.

New - Well Forgotten

Image

The Kozhukhov line project dates back to 1985 from the then-conceived system of high-speed chords. The line was considered as priority for connecting Lyubertsy and Khimki, but the crisis in the country led to the abandonment of the project and was forgotten about it for a long time. In the mid-2000s of the new century, amid the apparent impossibility of connecting new neighborhoods to the existing and clearly overloaded Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line, metro builders returned to the previous idea, and in the Moscow metro scheme Nekrasovka got the right to exist in a new status. However, the previous project was revised, which was facilitated by the decision to build, in addition to the already erected and actively developing Kozhukhovo, also Lyubertsy fields.

Where will the line go?

Image

The project was launched on September 13, 2012, when it was approved by the Moscow City Planning and Land Commission. The metro line Nekrasovka - Aviamotornaya will be laid under Ryazansky Prospekt, Fergana Street, crossing the proposed line for the construction of the Moscow-Kazan express railroad and the railway section to Ryazan.

The appearance of the Kozhukhov branch is due to the elaborated concept of Greater Moscow, aimed at implementing the ambitious plans of architects and the city government. The farthest from the center along the “pink” line is the Nekrasovka metro station on the map of Moscow, which will be located in the Southeast District outside the Moscow Ring Road, which is aimed at integrating the capital and the region into a single metropolitan area, which is primarily hindered by transport problems.

The former design name “Nekrasovka” is “Lyubertsy Fields”, which in itself speaks of its proximity to the specified area, where residential neighborhoods have been built in recent years on the lands of the Lyubertsy aeration newly added to the capital.

What is she, Nekrasovka?

During the design, the station was planned to be located on the northern side of the district, at the place where Druzhby and Helicopter pilots converged. Later, at the end of 2011, the Nekrasovka metro station changed its location somewhat. Now it is defined on the east side of the intersection of ul. Pokrovskaya and Moscow Defenders Avenue (Komsomolsky).

In the Moscow metro scheme, the Nekrasovka station is conceived as a shallow bed, two-span, columned, with a platform about 11 meters wide. Two lobbies improve the ergonomics of the station. Through the southeastern passenger flow, it will go to the underpass under Pokrovskaya street, the northwest will lead to the now existing and equipped with stairs on each side passage under the convergence of Moscow Defenders Avenue and Pokrovskaya.

The immediate creation of the project, which was finally finalized in 2012, was carried out by Mosinzhproekt. The chief architect A. L. Vigdorov, the project chief engineer A. B. Ostrovsky took part in its development. Together with them, a group of authors headed by S. Karetnikov worked on the station’s architectural design.

The impetus to the stylistic design of the Nekrasovka metro station, the opening date of which is now pushed back to 2017, was the history of the development of the area in which it is located. Some time ago he was from obviously dysfunctional. Then he began to actively ennoble, turning into a landscaped and landscaped area. With this in mind, architects, using natural materials and natural colors, tried to personify the interior of the station's proximity to nature, a return to ecology and clean water.

Nekrasovka: where are we going?

By 2018, the Kozhukhovskaya metro line will take its final form. Nekrasovka, connected by it with Ryazan Avenue, will be important, opening Moscow from the southeast. In the interests of the nearby housing estates, as well as the Moscow region, a large transport and interchange hub with active city and regional bus services has been planned around it. The construction of a large multi-level intercepting parking is also provided.

In total, on the Kozhukhov branch (marked in pink), in addition to Nekrasovka, seven more stations will be built. It:

  1. Aviamotornaya (interchange on the Kalinin branch);

  2. "Nizhny Novgorod street";

  3. "Okskaya street";

  4. "Ferghana street";

  5. “Kosino” (transition to the designed station “Lermontovsky Prospekt” on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya branch);

  6. "Saltykovskaya street";

  7. "Kosino-Ukhtomskaya" (on the Moscow side - to the streets Kraskovskaya and Lukhmanovskaya, to Lyubertsy - Gogol and March 8).

Construction

In the process of laying the Kozhukhovskaya metro line, the Nekrasovka station became one of the first facilities. Its construction was entrusted to Bamtonelstroy OJSC by SC MOST Group. Arrangement of the site for the station began in 2012, November 26. Exactly three months later, the first pile of the foundation was installed in the ground. Then the power cable lines were brought to the station.

According to the initial plan, the commissioning of the entire “pink” branch was scheduled for December 2016. Subsequently, with a change in the economic situation, the terms underwent a number of adjustments. Now the emphasis is on completing the construction of the ferry from Nekrasovka to Kosino with the construction of a transfer complex (with the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line).
