The survey involved 194 people. They were asked to be as honest as possible and recognize their bad habit of lying. Researchers wanted to find out how often and what people lie about. And it was found that the best liars are usually pleasant and good interlocutors. Most of them are family people with a large number of friends, they have excellent relationships at work. Researchers also found that liars prefer “live communication”: lying face to face, eye to eye is preferable to them than resorting to using text messages or social networks.
