Every year, March 8 is International Women's Day. It all began with the struggle of women for equality. The nature of this holiday, however, is now somewhat different. Today, men simply show ladies signs of attention, give flowers and gifts, make it clear that they value them for what they are.

Of course, over the years, the position of women in society has changed markedly. They can work, vote, teach children. However, unpleasant stereotypes still exist. We can often hear that a woman has a place in the kitchen. And often people who say that are not joking at all. However, even such jokes are very offensive.

Humiliating Gifts

But the worst thing is that this happens even in schools. Instead of teaching children to love others regardless of gender, color, age, religion, teachers turn a blind eye to child cruelty. In one of the Polish schools, the boys gave the girls humiliating gifts on March 8th. Yes, perhaps they wanted to make them humorous, but it turned out a little differently. Needless to say, both the girls and their parents were upset.

One of the students photographed these gifts. What is the problem? Flowers complete with garbage scoops, ribbons tied with sponges … And why is there an apron with the inscription "I know my place"! Thus, the guys tried to show the girls that the ideal environment for them is the kitchen.
