Under this term is understood the rivalry of economic structures, in the course of which the independent activity of each of them limits or excludes the possibility of unilaterally affecting the terms of circulation of products in the relevant market. In accordance with the Law, the legal and organizational foundations that ensure the protection of competition are determined. Among the measures taken for this, it should be noted the suppression and prevention of monopolistic activity, restrictions by state authorities, executive structures of federal significance and other organizations and funds.
