“In the family, we communicate with the grandson in Russian, ” says Igor. - But Taisiya lullabies sings in two languages at once (both in Russian, and in Ukrainian). Taisiya’s mother, Nina Danilovna, speaks Ukrainian from birth, she’s more familiar with it. She only speaks Ukrainian with her great-grandson, sings songs, reads rhymes, and fairy tales. So that golden mean, that same compromise, was found, so they decided to "divide" the grandson so that the child could know several languages from childhood, because it is useful and correct. And now we are waiting for him to speak, and we are even more expecting the moment when he will say something, because it is interesting in which language. So far, he has been listening attentively to us and clapping his eyes with a smart look. ”
