After graduating from high school and going to college, young people put together a group called “Syracuse”. Chris took her place as a bass player. In addition to them, two more guys joined the team - Thomas Meigan and Christopher Karloff. When the last of them read a book on the gang of Charles Manson, he proposed renaming the group to “Casabian”. This was the name of one of the heroines of the story - Linda Kokasabian, who, in the story of the book, played the role of a gang driver. The proposal was supported by the guys, and the new group began its work. Soon she became popular.

In 2004, “Casabian” released its self-titled debut album. The second followed after two years of intensive work and was called "Empire. Three years later, in 2009, the world saw the third album of the team with an intricate title, which should not be translated into Russian: West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum."
