In the economic literature, the meaning of the word transit is disclosed as follows: it is the transportation of goods (passengers) from one point to another through intermediate points without the need for transshipment (transfers) to them. In the field of international economic relations, this term refers to the movement of goods (goods) through the territory of the state when they are moving from one country to another.
Goods transit
Transit is the right to transport goods from one state to another through the territory of the third without the possibility of selling them in the latter. This concept is called the regime when the goods are moved between two Russian customs authorities under their control, but without levying taxes or duties. Economic goods of the country through which they are moving do not apply to transit goods. Such goods must be in unchanged condition and not used until they arrive at their destination. Transit goods must be delivered to the indicated place within the time limits established by the customs services of departure. But these terms should not exceed the limit (for 1 month 2000 km).
Customs transit
