He sits on a shelf and watches how that boy or that girl behaves. The elf reports everything to Santa, and he, on the basis of the information received, decides who should bring gifts to him, and to whom not.

Now on the shelf in the office in the police station lives a nice and very cute Christmas elf named Pete. His duties include monitoring the order - which of the employees behaves well and who is not very good.
