Childhood
Gribkova Natalia was born in Moscow on July 4, 1976. Her mother worked in a hospital as a neurologist. Even in her childhood, Natalia Gribkova became interested in sports, and her parents tried to do everything so that the girl realized herself in this area. And they helped to combine the girl with her studies at school with her sports activities.
Sporting success
The first sports successes came to the girl very soon, although she had to work hard for this. Every day exhausting sports led to the fact that she became the winner of many competitions. They were carried out not only at the district level, but also at the Russian level.
In 1991, Natalia Gribkova joined the Russian junior team. Athletics has become a major part of Natalia’s life. For the four years that she was part of this team, she became the winner of international competitions. Among the achievements of this magnificent athlete were victories in running: a distance of eight hundred meters and a distance of one and a half thousand meters. And also victories were won in relay races such as 4 to 400 meters.
Therefore, she was awarded the title of master of sports. And at the age of thirteen, the girl even got a work book, which indicated that Natalia Gribkova is an athlete-instructor. By the way, the girl also received wages. Her fee was a great addition to the family budget, as it was about half her mother’s salary.
Education
But sports did not stop Natalya from getting an education. Knowing full well that you need to have some kind of profession, Natalia Gribkova entered the Plekhanov State University in 1993. The economy and everything connected with it are very interested in the girl.
Studying at the university is easy, and for her sake Natalya Gribkova even decides to leave the sport where she could have a bright future. She studied at once in two faculties: "Finance and Credit" and "Taxation". In 1997, with honors, she graduated from a Russian university.
But the girl was so fascinated by the study that Natalya Gribkova, Repairing her husband, already in 2000 entered the graduate school of her native university, choosing the specialty "Tax Policy". Here she studied in 2002. During this time, she managed to get an education at the RSSU. And in 2001, having defended a dissertation, he received a degree of candidate of economic sciences.
In 2004, he received a doctorate in economics from the same department. In 2014 - the title of Associate Professor at the Department of Taxes and Taxation.
Scientific work
To obtain degrees, Pochinka's wife, Natalya Gribkova, conducted many studies in the country's economic sphere. She was interested in how the pension system is being implemented in the country, what is the budget policy and what is the tax system based on. She examined how the budget resources and resources outside it are interconnected and affect the population. In addition, in her research, Natalya Borisovna tried to find ways to form taxes and budgets where citizens would be more active.
Natalia Gribkova paid particular attention to the development of entrepreneurship. All her research and development was not only noticed by colleagues and the government, but also highly appreciated.
Social work
Natalya Borisovna is actively engaged in public work. She is currently a member of the Russian Academy of Social Sciences. But at the same time he manages to successfully combine work on sociology and socialization, where she is the first deputy of UMO VO.
Despite such a busyness with both scientific work and her main activity, Natalya Gribkova, the wife of the famous politician Alexander Pochinka, is still a member of the CC of the educational and methodical association of Russian universities, as well as engaged in expert activities at the State Duma Committee on Finance. But active and attractive Natalya Borisovna is not going to stop there.
Career
Natalia Gribkova’s career began at the age of thirteen and was associated with sports. Her first entry in the workbook was the profession of an athlete-instructor in athletics, and after that, from 1994 to 1996, she also worked as a simple accountant at Stroyservis.
In 1996, Natalia Gribkova, whose biography is eventful, switches to a permanent job in the consulting business. For seven years, she managed to combine not only study at the university with work, but also worked at once in two companies.
Her painstaking work leads to the fact that she is offered the chair of the vice president of Gazprom. She devotes two years to this gas company, but already in 2005 she began to engage in banking. First, she starts working at RaiffeisenBank, where she quickly moved up the career ladder. So, by 2009 she was able to reach the position of adviser to the chairman of the board.
But in 2010, Natalya Borisovna transferred to Sberbank and became the director of the department. She lays down the work with the branches of this bank, but she successfully copes.
But at the same time, Natalya Borisovna manages to engage in teaching activities. So, since 1998, she has been teaching at her native university in the department of Taxes. In 2011, she was no longer a senior lecturer at Plekhanov University, but became a professor. After a while, she becomes the head of the same department.
In 2014, new teaching peaks were achieved: Natalya Borisovna was appointed Acting Rector of the Russian State Social University. Her work experience is more than twenty-two years. And most of these working years were devoted to scientific and teaching activities.
An important role in the career development of Natalia Gribkova was played by her husband, who was not only a famous politician, but also an influential person.
Scientific publications
Currently, Natalya Borisovna Pochinok has various scientific publications. All of them are devoted to the economic theme. The main topic of her publications is taxes. In 2014, the scientific work "Theory and History of Taxation" was published. There were other equally interesting and informative scientific publications.
In collaboration with other scientists, Natalya Borisovna compiled and released three training courses programs, as well as teaching aids for them.
