Most often, the leader of the formation is a person who has his serious connections in criminal circles. Specially nobody was attracted to the criminal ranks. The organized crime group included people who had visited places not so remote, but there were not so many of them. At the end of a certain period, fees were collected. Contributions that formed a certain amount were sent to the zone. This action went directly through the leader.
The leader was as close as possible to the prison world. This was mainly the determining factor in his choice. He also had to have an impressive appearance, to be respected by both his own and others. To stand out more from the rest of the mass, the leader was engaged in physical training. He was agile and strong. Business qualities are also important for the leader, for example, the ability to solve controversial issues and communicate correctly. The character and psychotype of a person also plays an important role. A distinctive feature of the leader of the organized crime group should be moderate aggressiveness.
How is the attitude of organized crime groups to other people expressed?
Among the individuals who are part of criminal gangs, there is a clear separation of the concepts of “one's own” and “another's”. For example, for the members of Sapli, Sands will be outsiders (Ulyanovsk). The group directs its destructive activities to young people who are different from them. Simply put, the object of their insults and humiliations became "nerds." They were hunted down, beaten and openly robbed. The main reason for choosing this goal was insecurity and inability to stand up for themselves. For them, the person who cannot defend his honor and dignity is not worthy of respect. Of course, the second reason was material gain. Weak members of organized crime groups were determined by their appearance.
There were no ties or clashes with informal groups and representatives of sexual minorities. Although there are practically none in the city. Informal trends did not take root in the homeland of Lenin. Also among the groups there is no hostility to representatives of another race, nationality or religion.
How are conflicts between groups resolved?
Skirmishes between members of various organized crime groups are no longer a rarity. Most often, the reason for the outbreak of hostility is the desire to expand their territories and increase the sphere of influence. A similar incident occurred in 2007 in the courtyard of school number 12. There, two neighboring organized crime groups, Saplya and Sands, sorted out relations. As a result, six people were taken to the hospital.
Another cause of conflict is the clarification of belonging to any formation. To prove by deed, not by word, the KamAZ group (Ulyanovsk) was used. Literally in the month of March this year, a student of a railway technical school died from the actions of this association. There are countless such examples.
Quite often, quarrels erupt due to household trifles. But maximalist youth is always more active. Sometimes participants deliberately clung to outsiders or even members of their organized criminal group in order to provoke a conflict. More serious disputes were resolved by the older generation. There practically did not reach fights, all issues were resolved diplomatically. It was peaceful actions that were considered more acceptable.
In the event that the problem was solved by force, any methods and weapons were used. But the latter was agreed in advance. Sometimes there was such a thing as fights from idleness.
What are the concepts within a group?
Cowardy never justified the ideology of the group. That is, to avoid a fight, to dodge or surrender was unthinkable. In any conflict situation, it was necessary to fight to the last. A separate attitude was to law enforcement officers and people who report to the police. In the case of detention, guilt and communion had to be recognized.
Within the group certain skills and abilities are transferred from the older generation to the younger. That is, a certain upbringing in the formations exists. Adults and experienced learn beginners how to act in a given situation. Not too good attitude in organized crime groups and to lawlessness. Although in general everything that the organized crime groups are doing is called lawlessness, but in their understanding this is the use of dangerous weapons and causeless statements.
