The main goal of the Kegel system is to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor. There are two main exercises:

  1. Long muscle contractions for ten seconds. Repeat it for five minutes.

  2. Rhythmic muscle contractions within two minutes. Compression for five seconds, then five seconds for relaxation.

Regular training on the Kegel system will help strengthen the intimate muscles weakened by childbirth and pregnancy. Moreover, it does not require much time, and you can do it without breaking away from everyday affairs.

How to train vaginal muscles with yoga?

This type of gymnastics, like yoga, also has a range of exercises to strengthen the muscles of the vagina and pelvic floor. Three of the most effective and easiest exercises to perform can be noted.

  1. "Butterfly", or bandas Konasana. To perform this exercise, you need to connect the feet together and lower the knees as close to the floor as possible. It is important not to bend your back, but to keep it straight.

  2. Sumo Wrestler Pose. In order to take this pose, you need to widely spread your legs, pointing the feet in different directions. It is necessary to sit so that a straight line forms between the knees. When performing this exercise, as you exhale, squeeze the muscles of the vagina and anus and tighten the abdominal muscles.

  3. Sukhasana. How to strengthen the muscles of the vagina with this exercise? You need to sit on the floor, legs crossed and holding hands in Namaste Castle. Further from this position you need to slowly get up, maintaining balance. The back should be straight, the crown extends upward.
