Alexandra Karpova is a model from the Siberian town of Iskitim, which for several years conquers the catwalks of New York, London and Milan. At 25, she is one of the world's most sought-after fashion models.
From the ugly duckling to the beautiful swan
At the age of fifteen, Alexandra Karpova was a shy and notorious teenager, like most of her peers. Being the tallest and thinnest in the class, she was very worried about this.
Her mother, raising one of three children, tried to help her daughter believe in herself and her own beauty, because the girl had good model parameters (84-59-89 cm with a height of 181 cm and weight 55 kg). She persuaded Alexander to take photographs and send them to the agency, but the first attempt was unsuccessful.
A year later, her mother persuaded her to undergo a casting in her native Iskitim to participate in the Miss Siberia 2009 beauty contest. The agency immediately warned that Alexandra's appearance was not competitive, but fashion. Therefore, she did not count on victory, but used participation in this event as preparation for a model life.
At the finals of the beauty contest was attended by a representative of the famous international agency Elite from New York, who noticed the girl and signed a contract with her.

Carier start
Since Alexandra did not know English (she studied German at school), her first job was a trip to Asia. First there was Thailand, where she worked for 2 months. Then she returned to school to pass the exams, and began to deal closely with a new profession.
After visiting Elite in New York and taking American photographs there, Alexandra Karpova again went to Asia to continue to study the profession and gain experience.
After working for 2 years in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, having learned the necessary skills and gained experience, she moved to Europe.
She worked in Germany, England, Italy. Sasha considers London his favorite city. For the past seven years, she has been living between him and New York, constantly flying to prestigious shows.
